| Before becoming a REALTOR® here in San Diego, I practiced law as a real estate attorney in New York City. I personally handled over 100 transactions, assisting buyers and sellers with various deals involving single-family homes to multi-million dollar commercial buildings. I built my practice and reputation by enthusiastically and skillfully accomplishing my clients’ goals, on time and always with professional and personalized service. My clients were some of the most demanding New Yorkers. They expected superior service—and they got it. My experience as a real estate attorney taught me about the business and legal aspects of the real estate industry, and how to always put my clients' interests first. | As newlyweds 20 years ago, my wife, Diane, and I first settled in San Diego and fell in love with America’s Finest City. Before long, we were enjoying a close circle of family and friends, building our lives here, and becoming a part of this great city. After several years, an opportunity opened up which brought me back to New York City and allowed me to finish my college work, earn my law degree and practice law for several years. And even though New York offered me great opportunities, the desire to return to San Diego never relented. We are thrilled to be back in this beautiful city enjoying everything the city and county have to offer.
